With over 100 games published and produced for PC, console and handheld gaming systems, Wired have built a global publishing and distribution network with product availability including physical retail and digital download, alongside its own online store, home to exclusive products such as the Black Label variant and only at the Wired store.

Soundtracks from Wired games have been released both digitally and physically, with hand-crafted limited edition Vinyl collector albums sold globally. There is a passion for music, an ear for quality and a desire to do things differently… the Wired way. This is why we have also created Black Razor Records. Managing Director

Leo Zullo

Wired’s founder, leader and all-around good guy, Leo is a gaming industry veteran. Joined the industry in the mid 90’s, working through every possible role before deciding to do better than what he’d seen. In 2008, Leo created Wired, with Jason and Kevin. With an Italian engine but English craftsmanship, Leo has worked on over 150 titles with cumulative sales over 50 million.  He drives his team hard but gives them trust and freedom to deliver, but you’ll still find him in creative meetings pitching that one idea which makes the people in the room think “shit, why didn’t I think of that…?!”, but that comes with being a veteran.

Leo is also co-founder and Chair Trustee of video games mental health charity, Safe In Our World.

Operations Director

Jason Harman

Co-founder Jason is the cement in-between the bricks of Wired; cement that has probably been negotiated hard, tested and ensured is up to par with all regulations. Jason has a computer science and business background, and is what Wired likes to call the ‘sensible one’ or the ‘realistic one’. He’ll speak up, interject and make sure all best interests are heard. He leads the Production side of the company, whilst also ensuring operationally, Wired is sound and making the right choices.

He’s also pretty good at Street Fighter and is an encyclopaedia of general knowledge and facts.

Head of Production

Kevin Leathers

Not only is Kev our leading Producer, he is also the last piece in the Wired co-founding jigsaw. Kevin started his career in community management and worked through a variety of roles until he found producing. If this was the movie world, he’d be the Jerry Bruckheimer or Michael Bay type of producer. Kevin leads the Wired evaluation and QA departments and is key in our developer relations, having been essential in all projects and helping keep titles on track.

He still has a desk of Lego and uses his children as a reason for the cartoons he still watches.

Head of Business Development

Mauro Zullo

Born and bred in London, with Italian origins and currently living in Croatia, Mauro has lived and worked in international environments for years; thriving in diverse environments with a keen sense of the importance of cultural business differences.

Head of Marketing

Neil Broadhead

Neil leads the marketing team at Wired, having worked in the games industry for over 10 years. He’s managed campaigns for indie titles and globally recognised IP through his career.

Neil joined Wired in 2016 to manage the communications strategies and was promoted to Head of Marketing in 2020.

Neil is also co-founder and trustee of video games mental health charity, Safe In Our World.

Financial Controller

Mei Iszatt

Mei has a solid background in accountancy work and finance (ACCA finalist) and more than 20 years’ experience in the audit profession. She manages and oversees all the financial administration for Wired, and maintains an eagle-eye over the company finances.

She is a central member of the team and has a strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect. Her mantra is ‘I don’t play games but I can count’.

Account Assistant

Alaleh Samadi

Alaleh joined us earlier in 2022 and has 4 years of experience as an Account Assistant! Now she bolsters up our fearsome finance department (and makes sure we don’t spend all our marketing budget on coffee and KFC!) When it comes to games she had an Atari console as a kid, but hasn’t found anything that stole her time as much as Need for Speed and the original Grand Theft Auto!

Operations & Office Manager

Anthony Haigh

Anthony joined Wired Productions in 2022 after being a loyal member of the Wired Community for several years. However beyond his love for all things Wired, Anthony (or Ant to friends) spent a career within operations, specializing in training whilst also helping create the Nintendo Street Pass groups in the UK, where he (to this day!) maintains a wonderful community of Nintendo players through the hosting of events.

Product Manager

Tegan Kenney

Tegan originally joined the Wired team as a Marketing Executive before finding her place in the world of Wired as a PR executive. When she isn’t talking about Wired games to press, streaming or creating video content for Wired Live, she can usually be found playing video games, cosplaying, and studying for her Psychology Masters!

Product Manager

Gary Marshall

Gary has worked for a number of years in digital marketing and analytics and now spent the first two years of his Wired career talking (lot’s) on the Wired social media channels. He’s a Geordie living ‘down south’ and when he’s not online, he’s… well, still online streaming to his own community as D3gausser – yep, we love content creators so much, we figured we should bring them in house! In 2022 Gary stepped into the Product Management team.

PR Executive

Anastasia Denisova

Born and raised in Russia, Anastasia actually starting a career in PR with a pharmaceutical company. Here she learned her craft, but as a gamer, she found it didn’t quite meet her needs or passion.

Anastasia joined Wired in early 2019 and set off on a mission to take the Wired brand and introduce it to a whole new market for the company. In her own time, you’ll find her not too far from a PlayStation, apart from the odd long walk or a game of snooker, oh, and a little Cosplay from time to time!

Senior Community Manager

Steve Williamson

Steve is an avid gamer and has been playing for over 30 years… you would think his thumbs would be tired by now but he’s still button-bashing away! His background is in games retail and social media and If you can’t find him tweeting or playing, he’ll be at a car boot sale or charity shop hunting down those retro gaming gems

Community & Influencer Manager

Kamil Skuza

Kamil joined Wired in 2023. His gaming XP comes from his time as a video games journalist, gaming accessories specialist, e-commerce product manager, e-sport team manager, and being a community, PR and marketing specialist! So he ranks high on the scoreboard of ‘things done’! When not product-managing the hell out of things, he’s the biggest fan of his wife, cats, travelling, and reading humoresque fantasy books and graphic novels. Plus, naturally, playing unconventional games. His fav are the ones that make him Cry.

Senior Graphic Designer

Neil Dickens

Neil started his career in the computer industry in 1996. He has worked on all aspects of design from corporate branding and logos, to advertising and consumer packaging. He has been involved in the creative of over 300 music, games, productivity and lifestyle retail products that have hit the shelves globally.

He has been with Wired since the first day and his desire, drive and attention to detail are the true characteristics of the Wired DNA.

Graphic Designer

Devon Rogers

Devon is a Junior Graphic Designer at Wired and uses what he learnt at university to create graphics that keep you up to date on the new and exciting game we publish here at Wired. When he isn’t creating artwork he enjoys brewing specialty coffee at home, driving in sim racing games and “fixing” things with superglue.

Digital Content Editor

Curtis Clive

Label Manager

Matt Jackson

Matt joined Wired Productions in 2022 after spending last the 15 years in the music industry. Starting his music career with internships in music studios, management companies and record labels, Matt started at the bottom and has since worked in every role that digital music has to offer. Bringing his skill set to help Wired launch Black Razer Records, Matt also brings a fresh approach to how Wired markets its games.

QA Lead

Michael Tronnolone

After supporting Wired’s QA on titles like Super Dungeon Bros and Close To The Sun, Michael officially joined the QA team in 2021. In his free time he enjoys creative writing, sci-fi fantasy games, and making memories with his friends. If you ever see Michael rampaging in Dota 2, be sure to commend him at the end of the match! : )

QA

Sam Ben-Nathan

Sam is part of our in house QA team and has the dream job of playing video games all day. Sam joined Wired fresh after finishing a HND Game Development course at college and hopes to progress within the games industry. With perfect 20/20 vision, he’s single-handedly debunking the myth that too much screen time is bad for your eyes.

QA

Olivia Gwaspari

Liv joined WIRED’s QA team straight from the acting industry and has been an ardent gamer since she was young. Her favourite titles growing up were The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and Banjo-Kazooie. When she’s not singing to herself whilst testing games, she’s cross-stitching, writing stories or listening to epic movie soundtracks.

Always our mascot x

Bella

Bella was our mascot from day one. She sadly passed away in May 2019 and is still missed to this day.
